Tulsi is a stocky little minpin - broad chested with a shorter body. While all of our minpins are very loyal to their human family, Tulsi takes this to a whole other level. She can be a little bit reserved - stays out of the way if anything new is going on, and one has to receive a formal invitation from her before giving her a pat.
